WHY COPS FEAR SHTF

It's hard to watch, but everyone needs to see this.
(Now I feel like I should stock up on gas masks and 7.62x25 ammo.)

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

MORE Big Sister Intimidation: $11k fine, possible arrest for defending your rights

The Florida Sun-Sentinel just reported that the TSA is refusing to back down on their unconstitutional infringment of 4th amendment rights of passengers that decide to fly the "friendly skies."

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is warning that any would-be commercial airline passenger who enters an airport checkpoint and then refuses to undergo the method of inspection designated by TSA will not be allowed to fly and also will not be permitted to simply leave the airport.

That person will have to remain on the premises to be questioned by the TSA and possibly by local law enforcement. Anyone refusing faces fines up to $11,000 and possible arrest.

Attorney General Holder Reveals Aggressive Gun Control In Response to Ft.

Brought to my attention by Mark Vanderberg of The Gun Rights Advocates Podcast.
Attorney General Holder Reveals Aggressive Gun Control In Response to Ft. [Hood Shooting]

It starts. Who was it that said "Never waste a crisis..."

Does anyone else see the contradictions here?
Attorney General Eric Holder defended his decision to give foreign national terrorists the same protections afforded to American citizens by giving them a civilian jury trial. Yet, he wishes to limit the rights of law-abiding citizens and even prohibit as many as 400,000 people from owning firearms based because they happen to be on a secret government watch list.

His two preliminary suggestions (and I say preliminary because anyone that thinks he will stop at these two is a fool) include:

  • Holder wants a national, permanent gun registration system administered by law enforcement. A registration of honest citizens that have cleared the federal background check for gun purchases with those records permanently retained by and shared among law enforcement.
  • Holder wants new federal authority to prohibit any person on the federal watch list (reported to be 400,000 names) from buying guns and supports confiscating guns from those on the list who possess them.
Now more than ever we need to be praying for our nation.

PA Gov Double-Speak

Our wonderfully naive governor is apparently an expert at Orwellian double-speak. He's been in the news as of late showing his 'support' of the Law Enforcement community by pushing to make their civilian firearms illegal.

In a clever bit of double-speak.
CNBC: Assault Weapons 'Nuts' for Ordinary Citizens: Governor
"Assault weapons are difficult to operate, they jam easily. If you want a gun to protect your home it’s the last thing you should have." . . .
"These weapons have one purpose," added Rendell. "...They’re to kill and to maim, and they shouldn’t be in the hands of anyone else but the police and the military."
Now I'm a bit confused, maybe our governor can explain how this makes sense. 'Assault weapons' are poor choices for home defense weapons, but they should be used by the police and military?

Gov. Rendell, I thought you said you supported the police!

Now you want them to use weapons that are difficult to operate and jam easily?

And you say that these weapon's only purpose is to kill and maim but the police and military should have them, so are you saying that our police aim to kill and maim people?

This guy makes me ashamed to be called Pennsylvanian... when's his term up?

WND & Wash. Times: Fed's Monitoring 'Right-wing-extremists'

Well I'd just like to take the time to say Hi! to all of our wonderful government friends that stop by from time to time to see what I'm blabbering about...

Let me be the first to extend a warm handshake to you.

WND Headline: Homeland Security on guard for 'right-wing extremists'
WASHINGTON – A newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed "right-wing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, , restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles out returning war veterans as particular threats.

The report, titled "Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," dated April 7, states that "threats from white supremacist and violent anti-government groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts."READ MORE>>>
Let me just say to all of you spooks out there that this news is very troubling to me, and I'm perplexed to why it's not troubling to you as well.

First of all, let me clear a few things up for you.

I am not a white supremacist. I believe like many 'right-wing-extremists' that we were all created in the image of God, and frankly I cringe every time someone tries to label people as anything other than human. I am a member of one race (and one race only), the HUMAN RACE.

I am not a violent anti-government group nor am I a member of any afformentioned groups.

I am not against government; although, I do feel that we have too much government. Our government is a bloated and festering wound on the side of Lady Liberty. Here in lies the problem. Liberty and Government directly oppose each other. Government wants more control and Liberty wants less control. Yes, you can have liberty and government, but it's much like walking a tight rope. A careful balance must be achieved and then maintained to assure that we stay as citizens with liberty and not subjects owned by the government.

So you're probably wondering why the 'Right-wing-extremist' title then?

My name and URL was spurred by the late great Barry Goldwater and the perception that those that support American Sovereignty, Liberty, Gun Ownership, Smaller Government, Federalism, a Right To Life, and other Constitutional Issues as "right wing extremists".
